After days of driving through the Canadian wilderness, we finally crossed into Alaska and stopped in Skagway. Mountains with glaciers still sitting on top of them, rivers running out of the passes, wildflowers everywhere. A friend took us out on a glacier tour one day. Another, with the salmon running, we watched seals catching fish while I painted this view.
